Centauro del Norte
The series recounts the life of Doroteo Arango, Francisco Villa, from his beginnings in banditry when he was very young, his participation in fundamental battles for the triumph of the Mexican Revolution (taking of Ciudad Juárez, Torreón, Zacatecas), until his retirement to a hacienda with his children and Dorados survivors of battles and his death in an ambush. An intimate and bold portrait of the legend of a Villa Robin Hood, a Villa Napoleón, or a cruel and womanizing assassin, the only invader of the United States territory and, definitely, a decisive force in Mexican History. A dark and bright Villa. The North Centaur, a little more human, perhaps mythical, portrayed in its contradictions. A Villa that generated hate and love, contempt and respect.
